Burghausen / Munich / Ludwigshafen / Linz / Freiberg / Brașov. 29 young people entered the next phase of their lives when their traineeship at Kreutzpointner began on 1 September 2022 in Burghausen, Munich, Ludwigshafen and Nünchritz (Saxony). Eight more young processionals will be joining our sister companies Kreutzpointner Austria in Linz and Ranshofen along with Kreutzpointner Romania: In total 124 trainees will be joining the Kreutzpointner Group across all of its locations. The application phase for traineeships starting in 2023 is already underway.
The majority of new trainees started today at Kreutzpointner headquarters in Burghausen: 29 young people, including 3 young women were welcomed to the firm by managing partner Fritz Kreutzpointner, both managing directors Markus Nußbaumer and Frank Stenger along with the head of HR Felix Aumayr and head of the Kreutzpointner academy Andreas Hochecker. Following the latest group of newcomers 94 traineeship positions have now been filled in Burghausen at the Munich branch and at the new site opened at the BASF plant in Ludwigshafen at 2021. We aim to increase this figure to 100 places by 2023 to mark the 100th anniversary of Elektro Kreutzpointner GmbH. Company director Fritz Kreutzpointner introduced himself to the new recruits as the main motivator of the business group with a touch of humour and congratulated them on their decision to complete their traineeship with the business group: ‘You have decided to work at one of the top high-tech electrical companies in Germany. Your future trade skills will soon pay off more than ever before due to the key role you will play in the futureproof technological modernisation and reorganisation of Germany and Europe as business hubs!’
